Learn how to quickly and efficiently edit a product on your profile. This step-by-step guide explains how to update product details such as category, item name, selling details, and more.
Follow these steps to edit a product:
1. Navigate to “Edit Your Page”
Click on your profile icon and select “Edit Your Page.”
2. Find the Product
Scroll to the product you want to edit.
3. Click the “Edit” Button
Find the product you wish to update and click on the Edit button.
Modify the Product Information
The edit page for that product will open.
You can now make changes to the following sections:
Category
Change the product category as needed.
Item Name & Description
Update the following details according to your product:
Item Name
Description
Selling Details
Here you can update your product selling information. You can update:
Product Pricing – This is the final price at which buyers can purchase the product.
Crossed-Out Price - This shows the product’s original or previous price before a discount. For example, if the crossed-out price is $100 and the product price is $50, buyers will see the product available at a 50% discount sale
Note: if you don’t have any running discount, you can put your normal price under the Product Price and left the crossed-out price empty
One-Click Checkout (Add to Cart)
Enable the “Available for One Click Checkout (Add to Cart)” option by ticking the checkbox.
If enabled, customers can directly purchase the product.
If disabled, customers will only be able to submit an inquiry for the product.
Production Details
In the Production section, you can edit the production information.
If the product is One of a Kind, tick the checkbox.
If left unchecked, buyers can purchase the product in multiple quantities.
You can also specify whether the item is:
In Stock
Estimated Production time
Images
In the Images section, you can:
Add new images
Replace existing images
Update product visuals as needed
Item Photographed in Context
Update the contextual product photography information.
Shipping
In the Shipping section, you can edit:
Shipping options
Shipping information
We offer 3 types of shipping options:
Fixed Shipping Cost in the US - Allows the creator to set a fixed shipping cost for the product.
Free Shipping in the US - Enables free shipping for the product.
Inquire for Shipping Cost - Allows customers to inquire about shipping costs.
The creator can also add an estimated shipping cost to improve buyer confidence and increase sales.
Product Variants
In the Product Variants section, you can:
Add or edit variants
Update variant pricing
How Product Variants Work
Customers can select their preferred options from dropdown menus on the product listing.
Creators can create different variant options such as:
Size
Color
Material
Style
Creators can also manually add:
Variant-specific images
Variant pricing
Variant shipping costs
Note: If variant details (price & shipping cost) are included, they will override the main product listing details. Alternatively, if omitted, the system will automatically use the price & shipping cost from the main product listing.
Save Your Edits on Edit Product Page
Once all changes are completed:
Review all updated information carefully.
Click the Save button located at the top-right corner of the page.
Once you save your changes, it will take 24 hours for the changes to be updated on your storefront.
