Managing your orders and inquiries on our platform is simple and convenient. Follow the steps below to locate your orders and inquiries easily.
Step 1: Navigate to Your Profile
After creating an inquiry, an order will automatically be created. To access it, click on your profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
Step 2: Access the Inquiry Inbox
From the dropdown menu, select Inquiry Inbox.
Step 3: View Your Orders/Inquiry List
You will be redirected to a new page. Once redirected, you will see your orders and inquiries listed in the Inquiry Inbox.
