We're excited to introduce a new feature that allows creators to include shipping charges directly in their offers. This update gives you more flexibility and transparency when invoicing to your clients. Whether you're sending a physical product or including delivery fees, you can now reflect the total cost clearly.
Steps to Add Shipping Amount in an Offer:
Create an Offer:
Start by clicking the "Make an Offer" button on your dashboard.
Add Shipping Amount:
Click on "Add Shipping Amount" to include your shipping cost alongside the product price.
Fill Out the Full Offer Form:
Once you’ve entered the shipping fee, complete the rest of the offer details, such as product description, product amount and payment instructions.
Review Your Offer:
Carefully cross-check all the details, including the shipping amount.
You can either save the offer as a draft or submit it directly to the client.
Download the Invoice:
After submission, download the invoice to verify that the shipping amount and other details has been correctly included.
💡 Important Note:
If you forget to add the shipping amount while creating the offer — no worries!
You can edit the offer before payment, add the shipping amount, and re-submit:
Click on Edit offer from the three dots dropdown.
Add the missing shipping fee.
Re-complete the form with all necessary details.
Review and either save as a draft or submit again to the client.
By taking advantage of this new feature, you can ensure your clients receive a clear and complete invoice, which helps avoid any confusion or extra communication later.
