Creators can easily upload their products in bulk by using a CSV file. Our platform supports CSV files exported directly from Etsy and Squarespace. If you are using any other platform, you can still upload your products by following our required CSV format. This article explains the complete process step by step.

If you are using Etsy or Squarespace, you can directly export your product CSV from those platforms and upload it without making any changes.

Steps to Upload Your CSV File
Log in to your creator account
Go to Edit Your Page
Scroll down until you find the Update Items on your Page section
Click on Bulk Upload
Choose the platform you want to Bulk upload from
Etsy
SquareSpace
If you already have a Shopify Store, you can also connect it directly under the Shopify section and synchronize it with your Wescover profile.
If your products are on a platform other than Etsy and Squarespace, and you don’t have a Shopify store, you can upload your products using our standard CSV format.
Make sure:
All required columns are filled (Title, Description,Price, Currency, Image URLs, Options (If product have variants))
Product data is accurate
The file is saved in .csv format
8. Map your CSV Columns
These columns will be used to identify your csv file. Please make sure columns in your file are mapped correctly. Required* fields must be mapped to continue
9. Final Step
Review and configure details for all imported products before publishing. Please note the default currency for all products is USD.
Once all done, wait for Product Sync
Product syncing takes 24 to 48 hours
During this time, your products will be reviewed and synced automatically
⏳ No action is required from your side while syncing is in progress.
Important Notes
Per batch uploads are limited to a maximum of 50 items/rows. For larger catalogs, please divide your uploads into multiple batches to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Ensure your CSV data is clean and correctly formatted
Incorrect or missing fields may delay syncing or failed upload
